FEB 27TH 2016 = = ATM EVIDENCE HOLDS POSSIBLE CLUES.

HOW COME NOBODY HAS BEEN SHOWN THE ATM VIDEO or THE LIQUOR STORE VIDEO IF THAT EXISTS AS WELL.?

There has to be a very good reason this has NOT BEEN RELEASED and or even been shown to FRED MURRAY. WHAT is that reason..?

WHAT does this video show that is SO IMPORTANT TO THIS CASE as to not be allowed for release or even shown to the family….the people that can identify Maura the best.

Another part of this case that has a lot of people asking these questions……..and receiving NO ANSWERS……AGAIN..!

FEB. 27TH 2016 ++ ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THE INEVITABLE

Episode 22 of the Tim n Lance podcast. The gathering @ the Mountain Lakes Lodge, Feb. 9th 2016. Trying to get the info out to the interested locals that want answers as much as FRED MURRAY and his family.

It will be a while before the next blog post. We have received a ton of info from the locals after the Feb. 9th gathering. We are now investigating all of this before putting up another post. Please be patient and the next podcast from Tim and Lance should answer a few questions but will undoubtedly raise a lot more.

Something very interesting happened on the 9th at the end of the gathering and it shed some very intense light on a part of this case that has remained in the shadows and once we check this info it will be posted here. This will take some time as it involves several different steps to complete the task at hand BUT if this pans out…..it is a goldmine.

So………until then there will probably not be much action here. Feel free to comment and share your thoughts.

Officer Smith Response Time to WBC > 17 Minutes REVISITED

So this is an estimated time to travel from 2975 Rte 10 to 70 Wild Ammonoosuc rd, the WBC.

The Haverhill PD is located at 2975 Rte. 10 and when the 7:27 pm call to 9-1-1 came in from Faith Westman Officer Smith was at the PD and was responding to the WBC from that location.

The 9-1-1 call gave info that the car was ‘in the ditch right on the sharp turn after the WB.

UNKNOWN IF PERSONAL INJURY.  ( this warrants code 3 response by LE ans FD and EMS should have been toned out at same time.)….(WHY dis dispatch wait 13 minutes to tone out FD and EMS)

WAS EASTBOUND RTE 112 BUT ENDED UP IN THE WESTBOUND DITCH FACING WESTBOUND………!!  ……(this is right from the GCSD log and I am beginning to think this is CORRECT, NOT a typo)

BUT THE REAL QUESTION HERE IS ‘How could it take Smith 17 minutes to arrive on scene IF He in fact was responding to this accident in a timely manner according to police protocol.”..??

WHERE WAS SMITH REALLY RESPONDING FROM..?

WHY WAS THE #001 HAVERHILL SUV IN THAT AREA (7:15-7:30) APPARENTLY RESPONDING TO THIS SCENE YET IT IS NOT ON THE GCSD POLICE LOG..??

WHY WAS THE #001 HAVERHILL SUV PARKED NOSE to NOSE w/ the Saturn @ the WBC..??

WHY WAS THE #001 suv LOST and CONFUSED WHILE DRIVING ON SWIFTWATER RD. AND APPARENTLY ENROUTE TO SOME SORT OF CALL..?? (Nothing on GCSD LOG)

WHERE DID THE #001 SUV VANISH TO BEFORE SMITH ARRIVED ON THE SCENE..??

DID OFFICER SMITH KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT HAS YET TO REVEAL THAT INFO..??

WHY DID CECIL SMITH OUTRIGHT LIE ON THE ACCIDENT REPORT WHEN IT WAS FILLED OUT 6 DAYS LATER..??

WHY DID CECIL SMITH RUN HIS MOUTH TO THE WESTMANS ABOUT THE ‘RAG-IN-THE-TAILPIPE’

WHY DID THE POLICE…..NEVER REMOVE….THE RAG IN THE TAILPIPE AS EVIDENCE..?? (WHY did they have Fred Murray take it out on Friday the 13th..??)

WHY DID THE POLICE GIVE THE ITEMS IN THE SATURN BACK TO FAMILY SHORTLY AFTER THE 9TH AND THEN ASK FOR THEM BACK ON JUNE 28TH 2004.

WHY DID THE HAVERHILL PD and NHSP NOT WANT THE FBI INVOLVED IN THE NH PART OF THE INVESTIGATION..??

WHY DID NHSP DENY THEY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT MAURA UNTIL WED. THE 11TH..?? (SCARINZA DID NOT WANT IT KNOW HE HAD A TROOPER ON SCENE..)

WHY WAS THE CAR TAKEN TO THE PRIVATE GARAGE OF MIKE LAVOIE AND KEPT THERE. (THIS IS WHERE FRED SAW THE SATURN FOR THE 1ST TIME IN NH.)

LOTS OF…….WHYS……WHERES……WHOS…..WHATS…..WHENS and HOWS..!

BUT NO ANSWERS AFTER 12 YEARS…….WHY..??

LOTS AND LOTS OF QUESTIONS……………

THE Gathering at the Lodge on the 9th developed some new leads and a couple names that were brought to light……have shed some rays of hope that this will be solved.

THE LOCALS ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE HAPPENINGS IN…….’THEIR COMMUNITY’

And it is the mission of Truth Seekers Investigations Group to change that.

SO…..WAS IT REALLY MAURA AT THE SATURN.?

SO……..What are the chances and IF it was NOT Maura at the WBC on Feb. 9th 2004 then who could it have been..??

Time to look into this quite a bit deeper……..
